Jean Gillon - Original jacaranda and leather armchair - 1970s
Jean Gillon - Original jacaranda and leather armchair, 1970s.
A piece that has stood the test of time, made entirely of Brazilian rosewood, it is one of the most iconic and sought-after pieces of modern Brazilian furniture.
It premiered in 1968 through WoodArt and was produced during the 70s and 80s by Italma and Probel, also in different fine woods, in addition to rosewood.
For this special piece, we have a certificate issued by a specialist conservation and restoration firm in São Paulo, proving the origin of the Bahia rosewood, and we have mapped all the restorations done to the wood, in addition to the replacement of the net.
